PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
3PE/3LPE Anti-Corrosion Seamless Steel Pipe is a kind of 3pe anti-corrosion steel tubes.
The base material of 3pe anti-corrosion Steel Tube includes Seamless Steel Pipes, spiral Welded Steel Pipe and straight seam Welded Steel Pipes. The three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion coating has been widely used in the oil pipeline industry due to its good corrosion resistance, water vapor permeability resistance and mechanical properties.
3PE anti-corrosion steel tubes refers to 3-layer structure polyethylene coating (MAPEC) outer anti-corrosion Steel Pipe. Other anti-corrosion methods include IPN8710, FBE epoxy powder, and epoxy coal tar pitch. Generally refers to the anti-corrosion of the outer wall of the steel pipes.

3PE anti-corrosion generally consists of 3 layers of structure:
The first layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100um)
The second layer of adhesive (AD) 170～250um
The third layer of polyethylene (PE) 1.8 ~ 3.7mm

Product production process
3PE anti-corrosion steel tube base material needs to check and record the steel pipes entering the pipe platform before anti-corrosion treatment, perform shot blasting and rust removal on the outer surface of the steel pipe, and then check whether the cleanliness of the outer surface of the steel pipe and the depth of the anchor pattern meet the requirements. Those that do not meet the requirements shall be ground and repaired by hand with a grinding wheel, wrapped with tape at the end of the pipe, treated with micro-dust, heated to the required temperature with intermediate frequency, sprayed with epoxy powder, wound on the side of the adhesive extruder, wound on the side of the PE extruder, and applied to the anti-corrosion pipe Water cooling is carried out, qualified products are sprayed and marked, and the tube platform is lowered and stacked for shipment.
