PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A53 Seamless Steel Tube is a material of American standard steel pipes, among which A53-A is equivalent to 10 # steel in China, A53-B is equivalent to 20 # steel in China, and A53-F is equivalent to q235 material in China.
The main production processes of A53 Seamless Steel Pipes can be divided into cold drawing and hot rolling. The main difference between the two is that the production process of cold rolled Seamless Steel Pipe is generally more complex than that of hot rolling. On the appearance, the cold rolled seamless Steel Pipe is shorter than that of hot rolled seamless steel pipe. The wall thickness of cold rolled seamless steel pipe is generally smaller than that of hot rolled seamless steel pipe, but the surface looks bright. The surface of hot-rolled steel pipe is relatively rough. The main production process is round tube blank → heating → piercing → three roll cross rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → pipe stripping → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → straightening → hydrostatic test (or flaw detection) → marking → warehousing.
