BA 8K Mirror Stainless Steel Sheet Plate.The Stainless Steel mirror panel is to polish the stainless steel sheetwith the initial surface such as BA, 2B or No.1 by mirror polishing to be similar to the mirror surface (scientific name 8K mirror or No.8).
8K mirror definition: The stainless steel surface is ground and polished, and the surface is as bright as a mirror, reflecting the object, commonly known as mirror 8K, which has corrosion resistance; and the mirror plates is the substrate for processing subsequent colored or etched plates. Mainly used in various decorative or metal optical products.
Literal definition of 8K: The corrosion resistance of stainless steel white steel depends on its alloy composition (chromium, nickel, titanium, silicon, manganese, etc.) and its internal structure. A passivation film is formed, so that the metal is isolated from the outside world without oxidation, and the corrosion resistance of the steel plate is enhanced. The "8" in 8K refers to the proportion of alloy components (304 stainless steel mainly refers to the content of nickel), and "K" refers to the level of reflectivity after polishing (K level is the mirror reflection level) ). 8K mirror is also the mirror grade embodied by chrome-nickel alloy steel.
The common mirror stainless steels has been extended to 6K, 10K, 12K, etc. due to the different degrees of fineness required by customers, and it is "defined" that the larger the number, the higher the fineness of the mirror surface. 6K refers to the rough ground and polished mirror panel, which is a little less effective than the mirror; 10K refers to the finely ground and polished mirror panel, which can be comparable to ordinary mirrors; and 12K refers to the ultra-fine grinding and polishing mirror panel, which can meet the optical use.

Stainless steel sheet/plate/coil is an alloy steel with smooth surface, high weldability, corrosion resistance, polishability, heat
resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. It is widely used in various industries and is an important material in modern industry. Stainless steel is divided into austenitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel according to the structure state.
Austenitic Stainless Steel:
stainless steel with an austenitic structure at room temperature. Steel contains Cr≈18%, Ni≈8%-25% and C≈0.1%. Steel has high toughness and plasticity, but low strength.
Martensitic Stainless Steel:
A steel whose mechanical properties can be adjusted by heat treatment. It has different strength and toughness at different tempering temperatures.
Duplex Stainless Steel: Austenitic and ferrite each account for about half of the structure. When the C content is low, the Cr content is 18% to 28%, and the Ni content is 3% to 10%. Some steels also contain alloying elements such as Mo, Cu, Si, Nb, Ti, and N. This type of steel has the characteristics of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel.
Ferritic Stainless Steel:
It contains 15% to 30% chromium and has a body-centered cubic crystal structure. This type of steel generally does not contain nickel, and sometimes contains a small amount of Mo, Ti, Nb and other elements. This type of steel has the characteristics of large thermal conductivity, small expansion coefficient, good oxidation resistance, and excellent stress corrosion resistance.
