300 series --304 is mainly used in household or food industry; 304 contains more nickel, more nickel means better weldability, tensile strength and oxidation resistance;

--321 contains titanium element, suitable for 430-900 degrees, mainly used in medical equipment, nuclear energy industry, aircraft, chemical agricultural ships, auto parts, etc.;
