PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Hot-rolled steel coils are made of continuous casting slabs or blooming slabs, heated by a walking furnace, descaled by high-pressure water, and then enter the rough rolling mill. Computer-controlled rolling, after the final rolling, it undergoes laminar cooling (computer-controlled cooling rate) and coiler coils to become straight hair coils.
Hot-rolled Steel Coil has excellent properties such as high strength, good toughness, easy processing and good weldability, so hot rolled coil is widely used in manufacturing industries such as machinery, construction, machinery, boilers, and pressure vessels.
Applications:
(1) After annealing, it is processed into ordinary cold rolling;
(2) The galvanizing unit with pre-annealing treatment device processes galvanizing;
(3) Panels that basically do not require processing.
Hot rolled steel coils are divided into ordinary carbon steel plates, high-quality Carbon Steel Plate, low-alloy steel plates, ship plates, bridge plates, boiler plates, container plates, etc. Hard-rolled coils: Continuous rolling of hot-rolled pickled coils at room temperature.
Hot Rolled Steel Plate products include steel strip (coil) and steel plate cut from it. The steel strip (roll) can be divided into straight roll and finishing roll (sub-roll, flat roll and slitting roll).
